Adds an IOPView to the center of frame. If another component was already occupying the center, it will be overwritten.

Parameters:

view - IOPView to add to center of frame

Adds an IOPView with a specific layout style to the frame.

Parameters:

view - IOPview to add to frame

layout - cardinal orientation for frame
